En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el an\u00e1lisis de datos se consolida como una herramienta clave de productividad, permitiendo decisiones basadas en datos.<\/p><p>Para modernizar y optimizar sus procesos internos, el Hospital ha implementado metodolog\u00edas avanzadas en anal\u00edtica de datos, investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento. En esta l\u00ednea, el proyecto Talento Tech del Ministerio de Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones se convierte en un aliado fundamental, con el prop\u00f3sito de capacitar a m\u00e1s de 113 mil nuevos talentos en tecnolog\u00edas de la Revoluci\u00f3n 4.0.<\/p><p>En este esfuerzo por acercar el conocimiento a su personal, el Hospital ha certificado a 29 colaboradores en Anal\u00edtica de Datos (Nivel Explorador). La alta gerencia, junto al proceso de Investigaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Innovaci\u00f3n, lidera esta iniciativa, estableciendo una base s\u00f3lida para fomentar la investigaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en todos los procesos institucionales, con el fin de mejorar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de salud. y fortalecer la competitividad.<\/p><p>La transformaci\u00f3n digital en el Hospital busca aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo los datos generados por la instituci\u00f3n para elevar la calidad de los servicios m\u00e9dicos, optimizar los recursos y fomentar el desarrollo de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas en medicina.
